I try to give very specific descriptions of what I sale along with very detailed pictures, so the potential buyer will know exactly what they will be receiving if they decided to purchase a item.
If you are unsatisfied or a problem occurs with your purchase please send [email protected] an email. Please do not hesitate to do this. Please allow 24-48 hours to receive a response. I try to keep the peace and keep everyone happy. If a problem occurs where I made a mistake, I will pay for shipping. Otherwise buyer will pay for shipping.
PAYMENTS
You can make your payments through PayPal and Stripe. When making a purchase please make sure your address is verified. If the address is unverified, the sale may not be processed or be placed on hold.
SHIPMENTS
Shipments will be sent out within 2-6 days of payment. Please note: this does not include Holidays or custom made orders. CheetahNotCougar is not responsible for damaged, or lost packages. Contact me if you would like insurance added onto your purchase. Items are being shipped from the US and can be shipped internationally.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Please be aware of your country's taxes/custom/duty charges, since these are not included in shipping and are an additional charge. These custom charges will be your responsibility to pay.
